一、ZF1-Ⅱ型紫外分析儀概況
ZF1-Ⅱ型紫外分析儀（配暗箱）是zei新研制成功的新一代分析儀器。
ZF1-Ⅱ型紫外分析儀具有靈敏度高、使用方便、特別采用302NM波長對(duì)樣品的破壞作用更小，是紫外分析儀的更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品，它可適用于DNA、RNA電泳凝膠樣品的觀察，可檢測(cè)蛋白質(zhì)，核甘酸等，ZF1-Ⅱ型紫外分析儀在制藥工業(yè)中檢查激素生物堿、維生素等能產(chǎn)生螢光的藥品質(zhì)量，對(duì)薄層分析，各種同功酶，紙層分析進(jìn)行觀察分析和攝影，并可作為PCR技術(shù)的專用儀器。
二、ZF1-Ⅱ型紫外分析儀儀器結(jié)構(gòu)
本儀器裝有一組透射紫外光源和二組反射紫外光源，分別供觀察、分析和攝影用。并專門設(shè)計(jì)了一只暗箱，用戶不需要暗室，即可對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行觀察分析，暗箱上備有專門的相機(jī)安裝裝置，暗箱觀察室上裝有防紫外線玻璃，它濾去95%以上的紫外線。紫外透射分四組，供用戶選擇：一組254nm；二組302nm；三組365nm；四組白熾燈；紫外反射有二組；一組254nm；二組365nm。

四、ZF1-Ⅱ型紫外分析儀使用說明
（一）、分析觀察樣品
將電泳好的凝膠樣品或薄層、紙層樣品放在儀器中央，開啟“反射紫外燈”電源，調(diào)節(jié)反射紫外燈架高度與角度，使樣品發(fā)出的螢光zei清晰明亮。通常反射紫外離樣品越近，則螢光越強(qiáng)。
（二）、拍攝樣品照片
（1）打開“照明”白熾燈，利用白熾燈照明，調(diào)節(jié)照相高度及相機(jī)鏡頭使樣品成像清晰。在相機(jī)前裝上近攝接圈與PCR濾色鏡。然后關(guān)閉“照明”白熾燈。
（2）開啟透射紫外燈電源，進(jìn)行拍攝，應(yīng)根據(jù)不同的樣品確定不同的曝光時(shí)間，以清晰滿意的底片。
（三）注意：如使用時(shí)不用暗箱，必須在暗室內(nèi)操作。

(A), analysis of observation samples
