Mouse AKR/J T cell lymphoma

細(xì)胞系描述

This line is a mutant sub-line of BW5147 which was derived from an AKR/J mouse lymphoma. The cells are resistant to 100μM thioguanine and 1mM ouabain. The cells can be used to produce T-cell hybrids.

Maintain cultures between 1-6x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C.
