Application

-丙氨酸氨基肽酶是位于細(xì)菌細(xì)胞壁中的酶，該酶從若干肽上裂解 N 端-丙氨酸。它幾乎只存在于革蘭氏陰性微生物中。研究表明在革蘭氏陽(yáng)性或革蘭氏染色不定微生物中顯示無(wú)活性或者很弱的活性。檢測(cè)氨基肽酶是測(cè)定革蘭氏性狀的有效方法。由于無(wú)法顯示細(xì)菌形態(tài)，因此它無(wú)法替代革蘭氏染色。
